POSITION: VOLUNTEER SERVICES COORDINATOR
Primary function is to assist the Hospital in the community by obtaining and retaining an adequate number of competent and acceptable volunteers to augment the services of the institution's personnel, as well as assist with organizational activities. Trains and orients volunteers, serves as a liaison between the Auxiliary and senior leadership of the Hospital. Oversees the Gift Shop, and is responsible for fund raising functions as directed. POSITION: HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (HIM-Medical Records) DIRECTOR
Maintains and secures all written and electronic medical records within the Hospital's HIM (medical records) department. Responsible for supervision, training, and coordination of the HIM department. Qualifications: Assoc. Degree in Applied Science or Bachelor's Degree in Allied Health, Accredited or Registered with, and a member of, the American Health Information Management Association (RHIA or RHIT), previous coding and transcription experience, Meaningful Use experience, and supervisory ability. Full-time position.
POSITION: PHARMACY TECH
Coordinates deliveries and pickups, refill patient med cart drawers, code/price miscellaneous charges and enter in computer, process invoices and purchase orders perform IV additive function. Basic computer skills. Must successfully pass State-authorized Competency Exam. Part-time position: 30 hours per pay.
POSITION: BILLING SPECIALIST/CASHIER
Process patient billing and cashier duties. Previous medical billing or accounting experience preferred. Basic computer skills. Full-time position up to 80 hours per pay.
