Harrison Community Hospital's Emergency Department, located in the rural community of Cadiz, Ohio, is here to provide emergency care to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Emergencies can happen anytime, anywhere. Our emergency room goal is to get you in quickly and get you home.
When a critical injury or trauma merits more advanced life-saving care, the onsite helipad provides a landing site for rapid transfer via medical helicopter to Pittsburgh, Columbus, Cleveland and Akron area medical centers.

Our advanced OSU TeleStroke and TeleBurn system allows for rapid assessment and treatment of all possible stroke patients and burn victims. The collaboration between Ohio State's stroke experts and Harrison Community Hospital Emergency Department gives you and your family an excellent level of care.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
At Harrison Community Hospital Emergency Room, we have our own Emergency Medical Services Ambulance Unit available to assist you in all your emergency care needs. Paramedics are available to assist in the emergency department, provide ground transportation for transports to other specialty facilities, and provide emergency care to the community.
